Everything you enter — rider details, medical and emergency information, contacts, race plans and results, jetting, notes, expenses, bike hours, photos and reflections — is saved only in your phone's own storage for this app. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Because it lives only on your phone, clearing the app's data or uninstalling it deletes it. Use More › Season & settings › Save backup to keep a copy. The backup file is saved to your phone, and what you do with it is up to you.
We do not collect, sell or share any personal information. The app has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
If you add a race-day photo, you choose it yourself from your phone. It's shrunk and saved inside the app on your phone only. The app doesn't ask for location, contacts, camera roll access in the background, or any other permissions.
Pit Crew is made for parents and adults supporting young riders. It isn't directed at children. Information parents record about their rider stays on the parent's phone and is never collected by us.
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You're always in control of your own data on your phone: you can edit it, back it up, or delete it any time with More › Season & settings › Clear everything, or by uninstalling the app.
If we ever change how the app handles information (for example, adding optional sponsor messages or notifications), we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
